What we collect
When you complete the free assessment we collect your name, email address and your answers to the twenty questions. If you join the Full Programme we also hold your deep-dive answers and your conversations with the AI coach.
Why we hold it
To calculate and show your results, to prepare any report you have purchased, to run your coaching programme, and to contact you about the service you have requested. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
How it is protected
Your records are not readable from the public website. Reports and programme pages are reachable only through a private link containing a 32-character access token, and every request is checked on our servers before any data is returned. Administrative access is protected by a separate PIN.
The AI coach
Coaching messages are sent to OpenAI to generate a reply and are stored so your conversation continues where you left off. Please do not share clinical, financial or other highly sensitive details in the chat. The coach is not a substitute for medical or mental-health care.
How long we keep it
Assessment records are kept for as long as needed to provide the service and for our legitimate business records, after which they are deleted.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may request a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we will respond within one month.
